a smile wide on his face, robyn reached up and pet river on the cheek. "our outfits are pretty snazzy, eh?" he murmured to the animal. river nodded, "though these boots are giving me serious blisters," robyn wobbled over to a nearby picnic table and sat down. he slipped his boot off and rubbed his foot, "but it's worth it if we don't get caught,"
river jumped down off of robyn's shoulder onto the picnic table. he sniffed around a bundle of fruits and vegetables that were arranged in the center of the table. robyn smirked, "don't mess it up, riv," he reminded the fox before slipping his boot back on. he got up and picked up river, placing the small animal on his shoulder once again. he swung his leg out from under the picnic table and turned around. not looking where he was going, robyn tripped and fell over, landing swiftly on his hands and knees. a soft blush dusted his cheeks and he stood up, glancing around to check if anybody was watching.

"this is not fun at all.." he muttered to himself, pushing his green glasses up as he walked towards the area of the event, nothing seemed fun to him. everything there... it bore him, he turned around and what did he find? some stupid dude tripping over who-knows-what.
he rolled his eyes, watching as the red haired teen look around. it was an amusing sight, well, sort of, considering it was the only thing interesting at the moment though, he wanted to ask if the demon was okay, hoping he wasn't hurt or anything... nobody would want that.. plus, he would be a witness.. oh joy..
he turned around to the pumpkin painting area, hoping the demon had not seen him, but he knew it was too late. hermes painted the pumpkin nervously, boy did he hate contact with strangers. strangers that he don't trust.
god. he was too busy panicking that he didn't notice his pumpkin fell on the floor.

robyn turned his head to find the boy at the pumpkin painting area. there were little kids running around shouting and waving paintbrushes in the air. robyn loved little kids, and found it to be quite relaxing to be amongst them, but he had a feeling this boy was different. he was a bit awkward, clearly not used to large crowds. robyn liked that, though, it made the boy seem more real, and truthfully, robyn wanted to get to know the boy. after all, he knew a secret robyn would die before letting out. after all, he was robyn hoode, he didn't go tripping over things in momentary lapses of judgement.
robyn approached the other boy and slid smoothly into the seat opposite his. river dove into robyn's hood which had fallen off when the outlaw fell. "you, uh, you saw that back there, didn't you?" robyn asked - though it was much less of a question than a statement confirming his knowledge. "i mean, not that i care - i don't care... this is me not caring," |
robyn rolled his eyes before trailing off. he shook his head, "lets just keep that on the d.l., okay - a secret between friends, mmkay?" he held his hand out for the boy to shake. robyn winked, a charming smirk falling across his face. "oh, and, uh, you dropped your pumpkin," [/div]
