AGE: She appears to be around the age of five or so but she’s actually twelve. She’s just really small. GENDER: Female. OCCUPATION: Does student count? SEXUALITY: She doesn’t really notice things like that but, if she’d have to choose, she wouldn’t really care so bisexual.
RACE: Witch. ALLIANCE: Light CANON: Good Witch from the South; The Wizard of Oz
FACE CLAIM: BLEACH, YACHIRU KUSAJISHI – adora valentine
PERSONALITY:
+ OPTIMISTIC + Anyone that’s met Adora knows that she has quite the sunny disposition. In her world, there is no such thing as evil. Everything is good. No matter what they do, she can find the little good that hides and blow it up into a radiating ball of exhilarating sunshine. This is how she’s able to become friends with anyone – whether they want to be her friend or not. It’s as if she’s incapable of feeling any feeling that’s remotely close to hatred or disgust.
+ FRIENDLY + She’s quite the social butterfly. Or should it be pest? Whatever she is, she’s good at it. This little girl has a plethora of friends (or so she thinks). She’s not afraid of talking to strangers and meeting knew people. In fact, she plans on being friends with every single soul in the entire world. There doesn’t really seem to be a person that she can’t get along with.
+ INNOCENT + In almost every way, shape, and form. Living with Aubrey (her brother) has exposed her to some things that she would rather not have been exposed to but she’s as innocent as they get. Though, that could also be Aubrey’s fault. He refuses to tell her awkward information (innuendos have no effect on her). She could also be considered innocent in the ways of evil. Adora seems to be incapable of any evil intentions – unless she’s just messing around, that is.
+ PERCEPTIVE (somewhat, anyway) + There are times when Adora could be the most perceptive child in the world and where it’s as if she’s not… Adora. But there are also times when she’s as dense as a five-foot thick rock of marble. Normally, she’s at least mildly perceptive. She can usually tell if someone is upset or happy or things like that. However, when it comes to things such as feeling she can’t understand herself (hate, jealousy, indifference, love), she can’t really pick it up as well. Though, she does know that something is there and could be wrong.
+ HONEST + Adora doesn’t like to lie. She’s really not good at it, either. However, she doesn’t always tell the exact truth. But that’s not really her fault. Adora is really imaginative and tends to play little stories in her head. Though, sometimes, she tends to get her stores confused with reality. And she can come up with some bizarre things. Sometimes, she tends to tell them and, in all honesty, she actually believes what she’s saying. Anything she tells anyone, she believes with all her heart. To her, they’re not lies because, to her, it actually happened.
- FORGETFUL – To put it simply, she has the memory of a gold fish. It’s not unusual for her to forget simple things: her birthday, her age, her name, the names of others, places she puts things, vocabulary… No matter what it is, chances are she’ll forget it within seconds. Don’t be surprised if stumbles over a few things – especially a name. Though, she has devised a clever system (for herself) to remember people. She absolutely adores giving people random and obvious nicknames. It’s just easier for her.
- CHILDISH – Adora, if I were to sum her up, is a child. There’s really no easier way to put it. However, she’s a high maintenance child. She seems to be oozing with energy from every single orifice and pore in her body and could possibly throw up sunshine. Her attention is comparable to that of a squirrel and she somehow appears to be everywhere at the exact same time. She’s clingy, demanding, and, though she seems to be generally happy, when she’s upset it’s hard not to notice. Adora is capable of throwing tantrums better than even the brattiest princesses – complete with the feet stomping, arm flailing, fist pounding, leg kicking, tear jerking, annoying screaming. The best way to calm her down during one of these ‘episodes’ is to offer her a piece of candy. It’s like her crack. Little sugar will fix anything with her.
- SQUIRELLY – She seems to have the attention span of one. One minute, she could be talking to someone, the next she’s doing something else (not to mention her excessive energy). This makes it both extremely hard and extremely easy to keep her entertained. Easy, because it’s not hard to find things that will interest her. Hard, because it’s difficult to actually get her to focus on said something for more than three minutes. Unfortunately, short attention span as led her to not quite be the brightest bulb in the bunch. She’s trying though. She really is.
- BLUNT – Though Adora is not one to be mean and spiteful, she does have a problem with filtering out what she says. She’s honest. To the extreme. If you ask her a question about her opinion, she’ll straight up tell you what she thinks no matter what it is. Whatever she thinks seems to fly right out of her mouth, too. If she has a thought like, “You’re stupid,” it’ll probably come out on wings made of giggles.
LIKES: What doesn’t she like? Hmm… Let’s see. Adora likes anything sweet, sunshine, people, attention, giggling, climbing on various people/things, being carried, playing games, hiding, procrastinating, coming up with nicknames, swimming even though she doesn’t know how, bright colors, happy auras, drawing, reading, talking, dancing, butchering songs singing, pigging out, and rain.
DISLIKES: Her fears, brightly colored things/liquids that look sweet or like candy but aren’t, lies, hitting the ground after falling, pitch black darkness, the cold, being sleepy, the color green (it’s random, really), and big pink erasers.
HOBBIES: Pigging out on sweets, giggling, climbing/stalking various people, trying to get carried around, playing games, coming up with nicknames, swimming (or learning how, anyway), drawing, reading, talking, dancing, and singing.
AMBITIONS: Adora wants to master the art of swimming! That’s right. She hasn’t learned how to swim yet. Sad, ain’t it? Though, she’d probably forget if she did learn. She’s also determined to become friends with every single person there is to meet.. Other than that, she wants to become the game master and wants to taste every single candy there is know to man-kind.
FEARS: Adora is deathly afraid of being alone. She absolutely hates it and whenever she’s alone, she starts to panic. She has to have someone with her almost at all times. Of course, there are a few exceptions to this rule: playing games like hide and seek or tag don’t really count – she knows that someone is there, at least. In company to being alone, Adora is also afraid of silence. No silent nights for her. Aubrey has to sing her to sleep. Which leads me into her third – and possibly biggest – fear. Adora is afraid of losing Aubrey. He means the world to her and the simple thought of him leaving her forever scares her to death. A fourth, and not quite as legitimate – fear is running out of sweets. They’re her crack.
OTHER INFORMATION: Adora has an older brother by the name of Aubrey Valentine. She stalks lives with him and tends to follow him around most of the time. That’s really all I think. |

--gasp-- You know I love Adora ~♥ she's legitimately one of the most adorable characters I've ever seen... but two things before she's accepted:
First - Adora's canon is the 'good witch' from the Wizard of Oz, except that there are two: the Good Witch of the North, and the Good Witch of the South... which brings up my second point: if she's a 'Good Witch' from the Wizard of Oz, wouldn't she be Light, not Neutral?
Once that's all cleared up (feel free to PM me rather than reply~), I will be more than happy to accept her and force her to plot with all my characters...
